We currently ship to UK addresses only.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays)
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email
Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day

Please note that processing time is separate from delivery time.

6. Delays & Lost Parcels

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, The Twisted Cauldron cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the courier once your order has been dispatched.

If your order appears to be delayed or lost, please contact us and we will assist in resolving the issue with the courier where possible.

Please ensure that your delivery address is correct at checkout.

We cannot be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the item
