What Is a Spirit Board?

A Spirit Board is a tool traditionally used for spiritual reflection, intuition, and guided communication. Often recognized by its alphabet layout, numbers, and symbolic words such as Yes, No, and Goodbye, the board is used with a planchette that moves across the surface to indicate letters or responses.

4. Begin the Session
   Ask clear, simple questions. Allow the planchette to move naturally across the board, pausing on letters, numbers, or symbols.

5. Closing the Session
   Always move the planchette to Goodbye to signal the end of the session. This step is traditionally seen as a way to bring closure and balance.
